Just like rivers, we flow. We carry information stored in our bodies from birth, through accumulation until we as individuals split off into the delta. A mood imprinted in the clay through movement you’ve learned from your mother; a glazing technique and colors you’ve mastered through your lived experience; the revelation of a place you feel a nostalgic connection to as a place you’ve always known. All revealing a knowledge within us passed by the currents of experience.

From Source to Delta explores when and how knowledge is gathered, inviting us to reflect on what we are: that which we have collected, and that which was given to us today, yesterday or 2000 mothers ago.

Featuring paintings by artist Martyna Alexander and ceramic works from Paola Gracida and Toar Schell.
